Traditional House Agios Petros by the Sea
150m2 traditional house consists of:
a. Main House (2 floors) On the ground floor has a living room with fireplace, a big full equipped kitchen, outdoors WC and shower. On the first floor is the main bedroom (1 double bed) with a bath and a second bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with a bath as well.
b. A guest house consists of one bedroom (1 double bed) and a bath and a living room with fireplace. In the living room are also two sofa beds (2 single beds). Guest house has also a small kitchen. In total, Agios Petros by the sea has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, one wc and a shower outdoors. It can accommodate, 3 couples and 3 children.
Location
House is located in one of the most beautiful Alonnisos’ gulfs, Agios Petros, only a few meters away from the sea, 8km from the port Patitiri, 10km from the Old Village and 500-1000m from the small fishing village Steni Vala. The house is built in a field (4.000m2) full of almond, pears and olive trees. The old threshing floor which is now used as a veranda, offers a unique moon and sunrise view.
